Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin is an American comedy writer, director and YouTuber podcaster, and advocate for mental health. She previously worked as a writer at BuzzFeed Video but left in 2015 along with her fellow writer and acquaintance Gabe Dunn to pursue work in their comedy YouTube channel Just Between Us. Raskin, born in Manhattan 20 June 1989, to an Jewish mother and father and was raised in the home of her father and mother. She attended in the University of Southern California and received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree. Jamin Ben Raskin (born 13 December 1962) is a prominent American attorney law professor and politician serving as an official U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district from 2017. The law professor served as the prosecutor in Trump's second impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin, who is currently the Maryland senatorial candidate for next term, has decided to remain in the House and seek to become the chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. It is located near Washington, D.C., the 8th district encompasses some of the most affluent suburbs within the inner-ring, such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac. Rockville is the largest of these cities. Maryland is the state that forms part of the United States of America.
